To create a new layout

Ribbon: Layout – Layouts > Add Layout
Menu: Insert – Layout > New Layout
Layouts Manager dialog: Create new layout
Command line: ADDLAYOUT

At the command prompt – Input layout name , enter the name of the new layout and press ENTER.
By default, the new layout will have a name LayoutN+1, where N – the total number of layouts in the document.
The new layout is placed in the end of the layouts list of the document.
The layout name should be unique up to 255 characters (capitalization does not matter).

NOTE: No more than 31 characters of the layout name are displayed on the layout tab
