Oblique dimension

Ribbon: Home, Annotate – Dimensions > Oblique dimension
Menu: Dimension – Oblique dimension
Command line: DIMOBLIQUE
Changes the oblique angle of dimension. The function is useful when extension lines conflict with other features of the drawing. The oblique angle is measured from the X axis of the UCS.

Command prompts:

Select objects or [?]:	Select dimension objects and press ENTER.
Specify oblique angle (press ENTER, if without oblique):	Enter value or specify oblique angle on the screen.
